Alex Kincaid began her legal career in Oregon as a prosecutor, eventually being elected the first female District Attorney of Curry County, Oregon. After serving for almost a decade, she opened her private law office, Asset Protection Firm, on the Oregon Coast, which eventually had three Oregon locations.
In 2012, Alex was admitted to the Idaho Bar, and expanded her law practice to Boise, Idaho, spending time in both states and continuing her practice of helping clients prepare estate and business plans to avoid the court system.
Alex Kincaid Law now maintains an Oregon office in Lake Oswego, where Alex is able to meet with her Oregon clients.
Alex Kincaid continues to practice heavily in Oregon, commuting to nearby courts in Eastern Oregon on behalf of clients, or practicing via phone to help her clients with their:

- business plans
- firearms law matters.
