This FEE AGREEMENT is entered into on the date set forth below by CLIENT (“You”), and ALEX KINCAID LAW (“We” or “Us”) to provide the legal services described herein.
1. CONDITIONS, SCOPE, AND DUTIES. We agree to provide a Gun Trust system according to this agreement which constitutes our entire agreement.
2. LEGAL SERVICES – ALEX KINCAID LAW GUN TRUST
  - We agree to prepare your ALEX KINCAID LAW GUN TRUST portfolio for a flat fee of $500.00. The Alex Kincaid Law Gun Trust is customized to accomplish specific design goals detailed either in your submitted intake form or as discussed during your 20 minute consult with our firm, or both.
3. FEE ARRANGEMENT. We agree to provide the described services for the flat fee stated above upon receipt of payment in full.
  - You agree that the flat fee is earned as paid even if services performed would cost less if billed under an hourly fee arrangement. When we receive the flat fee, funds are our property and will not be placed in a trust account.
  - You agree that no refund or adjustment of the fee is due when the agreed-upon legal services are completed. Also, payment of a fee in advance does not affect your right to terminate the client-lawyer relationship. In the event our relationship is terminated before the agreed-upon legal services have been completed, you may or may not have a right to a refund of a portion of the fee.
  - You agree that if you request additional services except those included in the flat fee that you will pay our prevailing hourly rates for services performed and expenses as incurred.
This agreement does not apply to any other or subsequent legal matters. Please note that the flat fee includes one consultation with an attorney at our firm. You may request this consultation prior to purchasing a gun trust, or after receiving your draft. You may have additional consultations with our firm, but those additional consultations will be billed at the firm’s hourly rates. Any additional requested services will be priced separately to you by utilizing a Supplemental Fee Agreement describing such other legal matter(s) and services.

Expenses such as postage, FedEx, UPS, or other costs are billed as incurred.
